Champagne Cutz is a luxury concierge grooming service growing across Austin apartment communities. No crowded salon, no kennels: just one groomer, one dog, and a calm, unhurried appointment.

We're building something from the ground up, and we're looking for groomers who take pride in their craft. It's a great fit whether you groom full-time elsewhere, are between opportunities, or just want flexible evening and weekend work. As our partnerships grow, so do the hours and earning potential.

What We Look For

What welook for

Certified grooming experience

A certified or licensed groomer, confident with baths, full cuts, and finishing work across multiple breeds and coat types. Two or more years preferred.

Dog-handling skills

Patient, gentle handling that keeps dogs of every size and temperament safe and calm.

Independence

You're comfortable running your own appointments with minimal supervision, and you show up on time and prepared.

Reliable transportation

You can get yourself and your tools between partner communities across the Austin metro.

A premium experience

Professional, personable, and passionate about animal care, delivering a premium groom every single time.

Clear communication

You keep owners and the Champagne Cutz team in the loop about each dog's groom.

The Role

Groomerresponsibilities

Deliver our grooming packages to our standard, from bath and breed-appropriate cut to our signature Champagne scent finish
Handle every dog safely, gently, and patiently
Greet residents warmly, confirm what they want, and walk them through their dog's groom
Travel between partner communities' grooming stations with your own tools
Run your appointments independently and keep them on schedule
Leave the grooming station clean, sanitized, and ready for the next resident
Flag any concerns about a dog's coat, skin, or behavior to the owner and our team
Help out at community events like Yappy Hours and nail-clipping events
Represent Champagne Cutz professionally in every community

Our Model

How on-sitegrooming works

Fully equipped grooming stationsEach partner community has a grooming station ready to go. You bring your tools; we provide the space, shampoos, and towels.

Sometimes in residents' homesDepending on the community, some appointments take place inside residents' homes.

You set your scheduleWork as much or as little as you want, with no minimum hours. It fits around another grooming job, evenings, or weekends.

One-on-one appointmentsYou share your availability and Champagne Cutz coordinates the bookings, so you can focus on one dog at a time.

Community eventsYappy Hours, nail-clipping events, and more at our partner communities, with additional pay.
